- Complete turnkey electrical installation solution (both power and low-current systems), subject to strict German standards (DIN/VDE).
Main phases of the work
- First-fix electrical installation Chasing of cable routes and laying of tens of kilometres of cable for power and structured data (LAN) networks. Preparation of power supplies for the central ventilation system, the air-conditioning units and the building services.
- Modern lighting Installation of energy-efficient LED panels with a low glare rating (UGR) for the offices, designer luminaires in the conference rooms and sensor-controlled corridor lighting.
- Second fix of wiring accessories Fitting of hundreds of switches and sockets. In the open-plan offices we installed recessed floor boxes directly beneath the desks, for a clean design with no loose cables.
- Distribution boards and safety Assembly and commissioning of the main distribution board and the floor distribution boards with advanced surge protection. Installation of emergency lighting and preparation for access control systems.
Result
The Schluckwerder office building was handed over on the scheduled date, fully inspected and tested, and in working order. We created a safe, modern and technologically flexible working environment to the highest German standards.
