- Complete turnkey electrical installation solution (both power and low-voltage systems) in accordance with German standards (DIN/VDE).
Key points of the work
- First-fix electrical works Cutting of cable chases, fitting of deep back boxes and pulling of cable runs for dozens of residential units. Installation of complete power circuits and the low-voltage network (high-speed internet, TV and door entry system).
- Technical pre-installation Cable connection of modern heating systems (underfloor heating), ventilation and the electric drive for external blinds/roller shutters.
- Second fix and lighting Final fitting of modern wiring accessories (switches, sockets). Installation of the complete interior lighting in the flats, energy-saving sensor-controlled LED corridor lighting and the building's exterior luminaires.
- Distribution boards and commissioning Assembly and wiring of the main distribution board of the building and the individual sub-distribution boards in the flats, with RCDs and multi-stage surge protection.
Result
The project was successfully handed over to the client, fully commissioned, tested and having passed its inspection. We handed over modern, highly safe and energy-efficient homes, ready for immediate occupation.
