- Complete installation, cabling and commissioning of the fire alarm system (BMA – Brandmeldeanlage).
Key points of the work
- Specialist fire cabling Installation of kilometres of certified non-combustible cables with circuit integrity (E30/E90) along demanding routes above the server racks and in raised floors.
- Detection systems Installation of sensitive optical smoke detectors and aspirating early smoke detection systems (Aspirating Smoke Detection), which protect the servers from damage.
- Completion of the control panels Wiring of the fire alarm control panels and their interconnection with the emergency electrical power-off (EPO) and gas extinguishing systems.
Result
We successfully handed over the project within the specified 3-month deadline. The system passed strict inspections and was fully integrated into central monitoring for round-the-clock protection of the entire data centre.
