- Final fitting of electrical installation components to speed up the project handover
On the prestigious Munich project Lehel Carré, we worked as flexible and highly efficient external support in the final phase of construction. Our main goal was to reinforce the on-site delivery team and ensure lightning-fast yet precise completion of the electrical installations ahead of the approaching date of the final building inspection.
Work carried out as part of our support
- Final turnkey completion Fast and organised fitting of the wiring accessories (switches, power sockets, data and internet outlets).
- Installation and connection of lighting Installation of interior and office luminaires, including recessing LED panels into the suspended ceilings and fitting emergency escape lights.
- Final connections and finishing adjustments to the cabling Inspection and cleaning of the prepared cable routes in floor boxes and wall systems before the final fitting of the accessories.
Result
Thanks to our responsive support and immediate deployment, the electrical second-fix work on the building was significantly accelerated. The project was successfully completed and handed over for use to the required German quality and within the set schedule.
