- Location
- Germering, Bavaria
- Year
- 2026
- Trade
- Electrical installation
- Scope
- Complete turnkey electrical installation solution (power and low-voltage) with regard to increased child safety and German standards (DIN/VDE).
Key points of the work
- First fix with an emphasis on safety Chasing of cable routes and running of cabling for classrooms, playrooms, the kitchen and support areas. All sockets were fitted with integrated child-safety shutters (Kinderschutz) and at the prescribed safe height.
- Playful and functional lighting Installation of energy-efficient LED luminaires. In the classrooms and playrooms, pleasant ambient lighting with brightness control (dimming) was implemented, while in the corridors and escape routes we installed automatic sensor-controlled lights and emergency lights.
- Low-voltage and protective systems Installation of a complete door entry system with a video door station at the entrance, preparation for an electronic access control system and partial cabling for the fire alarm and voice evacuation systems.
- Distribution boards and protection Assembly and wiring of the main distribution board. The entire network was equipped with sensitive residual current devices (RCDs) and surge protection devices to ensure maximum protection of children and staff against electric shock.
Result
The nursery school building was handed over fully functional, cleaned and ready for the final building inspection. We created a safe, modern and bright environment that meets the strictest German regulations for pre-school facilities.
